I have been working with Tre for the passed several months. Found his gym through a love for boxing and staying fit over 30. The workouts are catered to each person and he’s very supportive as a trainer which is what I need otherwise I won’t do anything at the gym. He’s made fitness fun again and our sessions fly by. Every single workout I finish I am drenched in sweat and feel great for the day. Also he’s a great guy to just talk to while working out!

Tre is wonderful at planning and engaging kids in fitness based around obstacles, boxing, and agility. He is patient yet authoritative when necessary to keep energetic kids on task. My son loves working with Tre!
