Young Adult Tre'ning

Program

  • All young adult students must enroll with one on one (5-18 yrs of age)

  • Allows for inward growth of creativity & self development

  • Learn how to be H.A.R.D. (Humility Accountability Respect Discipline)

  • Knowledge of martial arts to help with discipline & focus

  • Challenges to push pass adversity and strengthens the will to accomplish goals
